Beef Burger Recipe
Ingredients
- 500g Ground Beef
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Onion (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup Parsley (chopped)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 4 Burger Buns
- 4 Cheese Slices
- Lettuce
- Tomatoes (sliced)
- Mayonnaise
- Ketchup
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, salt, and black
pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Preheat a grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked to your desired level of
doneness.
- Toast the burger buns.
- Place a cheese slice on top of each patty and let it melt slightly.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on each bun, followed by lettuce and sliced tomatoes.
- Spread mayonnaise and ketchup on the top bun, if desired.
- Serve hot.
