Beef Burger Recipe

Ingredients

  • 500g Ground Beef
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 4 Burger Buns
  • 4 Cheese Slices
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes (sliced)
  • Mayonnaise
  • Ketchup

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. Preheat a grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  5. Toast the burger buns.
  6. Place a cheese slice on top of each patty and let it melt slightly.
  7. Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on each bun, followed by lettuce and sliced tomatoes.
  8. Spread mayonnaise and ketchup on the top bun, if desired.
  9. Serve hot.
